Ultimate Bloody Mary

Football, Football, Football!!!  Oh yes this a golf Magazine.  Hello once again all my Golfing Foodies.  Well there is one thing I know about all my golfing buddies.  That is they love them some football.   My recipe this issue is a little off the food reservation and a little more on the “Let’s get Game Day Started right” truck. Now I have to be honest, I do not imbibe in alcoholic beverages but that does not stop me from making extremely delicious mixers.  My favorite mixer of all time is the classic “Bloody Mary Mix”.  But being a Foodie I tend to take things the extra distance and this recipe (and Garnishes) will give you new and bold ideas.   So let’s shake out those Saturday morning cobwebs and get the Pitcher ready and jump in with both feet to WOW your football guests with this classic cocktail.

For your Mix – 32oz pitcher

14 oz. Tomato Puree

10 oz. Cold Water

4 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

3 -Big Dashes Worcestershire Sauce

4 – Tablespoons of FRESHLY grated Horseradish (Look in the store!!)

6 – Dashes of Tabasco

6 – Pinches of Celery Salt

6- Grinds of Fresh Black Pepper

Add all Ingredients in Large Pitcher and mix well!

Fill Large Glass half way with crushed Ice, Mary Mix and 2 ounces of your favorite Vodka (optional) – Garnish with black Sea Salt

Garnish with the following:

Crispy Bacon (Cooked)

Celery Stick

Spicy Pickled Green Beans, Mini Dill Pickles, Lemon Wedge

Cooked Crab Leg

Boiled Shrimp

Sweet Peppers, Cherry Tomato

Beef Stick
